Meet the Founder
Equal Footing Consulting LLC was founded by Hannah Follweiler, a small business and compliance consultant with a background in legal and regulatory environments. With a deep knowledge of 49 CFR 26, and the United States Department of Transportation's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program. Hannah has served on the small business programs team for WAMTA in Washington DC. She has extensive experience supporting small business leaders through audits, government contracting requirements, and small business diversity certifications. Driven by a passion for equity and growth, she brings both technical precision and personal commitment to every client engagement.
